RESOURCES FOR OUR YOUNG Athletes
*We're still putting some finishing touches on the kids resources. We want this to be helpful so give us some time to pull it all together. Here's a taste of some of what we'll be including.
Activity Log - keep track of your activities with this helpful and fun log. Just print and fill out your weekly activities. After a few weeks you'll be able to see just how much you've accomplished. Training Plan Guidance - It's tough to figure out how to train for a race, that's why we put together this helpful little plan that will help you get ready for race day. Keep Kids Moving - Struggling to find ways to motivate the kids to keep moving and stay active? Here are a few fun things to do as a family to keep them engaged and their bodies in motion. |
Nutrition Help -
Eating a well balance and healthy diet is one of the best things we can do for our bodies to keep them going strong. Sometimes it's all about choices. We have good choices and not-so-good choices. This helpful sheet can help you figure out which choice will make a difference and be the healthier option. |
